我平时很少会来到 Mahkota Cheras 这一带,印像中这里有一个很大的商圈,集合了各种不同的美食,当中印象最深刻的就是在 FB 很红的香港车仔面。 但是我今天并不是来吃车仔面的,今天选择走平价路线,吃云吞面吧!“金记好好食云吞面家”,招牌直截了当,周末的时候很多附近的居民都会过来这里用早餐。 叉烧云吞面(小)- RM6.90 第一次来当然要试试他们的云吞面。基本款的干捞叉烧云吞面,叉烧的外表看起来不怎么样,但是肉质很嫩不会干涩,只是外皮没有一般的晶莹的焦糖外衣,感觉上是走朴实路线的叉烧。云吞和面条我觉得是中规中矩,不太差也不见得特别出色。 烧肉云吞面(小)- RM8.00 烧肉云吞面里的烧肉,美中不足的地方是皮的部份不脆,但我喜欢它的肥肉较少,女生吃起来也比较没有罪恶感。 还没进到店里,我就已经被门口外的炭烤面包吸引住了,现在已经很少看到真的用炭烤的面包了,难得这里还有这种古早的做法,当然要试试的啊! 炭烧面包 - 每份 RM2.30(图中为两份) 我喜欢这里的面包是先涂了一层牛油才拿去烤的,面包显得更香更脆。烤好后配上牛油咖椰,很赞!炭烤的面包表面焦黑的部份会不太均匀,感觉上就是和烘烤机烤出来的不一样! 这里除了云吞面和烤面包之外,我还观察到有不少人在吃瓦煲老鼠粉,看卖相还真不错,下次有来的话可以一试了! Thin strands of egg noodles was springy, no presence of unpleasant alkaline taste in the egg noodles; tossed prettily in soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil. Totally my type of wanton noodles but this plate of noodles was nothing amazing.It also comes with a bowl of wantan soup.The wantans are made off minced pork wrapped in the wantan skins. They were firm and well-seasoned. While, the char siu could do better, in my opinion.The ratio of meat was more than the fats but the juiciness was not there. I am thinking that it might be the marinade's issue.Overall, this was very average. continue reading
