Signature Dishes
I forgot what flvour of cake is this. Just remember it is one type of sponge cake. I am attracted by it's looking. The wholecake is white in colour with few flower decoration and a macaron on it. It suits to use to celebrate birthday or special events. It is neither sweet or bitter, just nice to eat. It suits for those who don't like to eat sweet dessert. The sponge is just soft enough. Overall, it is okay;)

Being a huge fan of the original RT Bakery at SS15 which has crazy long queues lining up from day to night; Ic heard this outlet at Taman Desa was equally popular. So one weekend I decided to drop by. And yes, the queue's still as crazy, though a bit less so. Almost everyone's buying their super famous Hokkaido Cupcakes. I love them too, so lightly sweet and fluffy. Their salted cheese cake aint' bad too.. but I didn't quite like their chilled display cakes (tiramisu, green tea.. etc). For some reason they tasted a bit dry. Their wolfberry green tea loaf's super too.

我真的是RT FANS! 知道朋友很喜欢吃芋头，刚巧知道这家店有卖芋头蛋糕，就决定了将这芋头蛋糕当着朋友的生日蛋糕。结果，真的很好吃！白色带些淡淡紫色的蛋糕，吃起来一点都不淡，而且很可口。结果我朋友爱惨了。但是这蛋糕需要３天预定期，所以想要买的朋友，最好提早三天预定，不然店里没有现成的，就失望了。

说起RT Pastry的Hokkaido蛋糕，大家都赞不绝口。蛋糕的外层弄得柔软，咬开之后里面的奶油会挤出来。奶油的量可说是源源不绝，不会出现吃到一半奶油就被吃光的情况。他们的奶油也弄得很好，吃多了完全都不会腻。甜度也刚好

This bakery is drawing people like bees to honey. At first glance, it looks like a regular bakery but what a gem in the quality of its pastries and breads. And what a difference in comparison with another bakery nearby which did not fare as well. Quality naturally increases visitors. I tried the Honey Marble Cake which was sold in smaller pieces - good for me who just wanna try out the taste before getting the bigger piece. The cake was dense and rich in flavour but the sweetness was not overly so. The cake was tasted really fresh too, evidently they did not skimp on the ingredients.
