Bibimbap is quite sour, because of the kimchi sauce that they use that is quite thick and they use a lot of it. The vegetables are mostly very crunchy. Overall I could just taste mostly the kimchi sauce and couldn't enjoy the other flavours of the vegetables. continue reading
