Premium Butter CroissantWow! That’s my response the moment I laid my sight on it. So seems like this so called Premium Butter Croissant, actually comes in a much bigger supreme size as compared to the usual Butter Croissant that I taste before here. It actually does resembles the shape of a crab too with its artistic plating of the dough. Having said that, taste wise is still good as this bigger fare still retain the fluffiness of a croissant should have with some pleasant hint of buttery smell too. It is a bit crispy on the outside if eaten hot, else might get softer as it cools down at room temperature. Best paired with some strawberry sauce and also some spread of Anchor butter

i do prefer to buy bread from la boheme at midvalley when i come here to do my shopping as here the price is cheaper and the jusco card i also get the point when i buy the bread here. the bread is very soft and they always make the fresh one from the kitchen behind. the bread is all well display and clean. i like this big size of the croissant and empty filling just nice for me

La Boheme serves the mass public. And by that I mean, their products range is tremendously impressive and their prices are seriously low.. like probably you can't find any bakery that sells cheaper. That said, understandably most of their products use margarine rather than butter (the latter more expensive but tastes more fragrant).. so if you're going for super deliciousness than La Boheme is not for you. But if you're just looking for variety and something to fill up your tummy and don't wanna pay so much for pastries... then this is for you! Their branch at Mid Valley is crazy crowded almost all the time and they keep on refilling the trays.. so be rest assured of freshness :-)

I just done my grocery shopping Mid Valley one Sunday and I passed by La Boheme which was next to Jusco. La Boheme is a bakery under Jusco, and they sell ample of buns and cakes every day. I could see arrays of buns piling up in the selection counter, but I was not impressed. I saw this cute square shape bun with a hollow love in the middle. It looked adorable, so I bought one, but at the same time doubting the taste. When I tried on it, it tasted really horrible. It was dry, and the strawberry sauce tasted so artificially sweet. No second time on their bread.
