Signature Dishes
The kimchi chigae taste ok. But it is a little plain for me. It can be better I believe. But it is a bit too spicy. For the fried rice cake and noodle are up to standard. They are quite Good. For the Bibimbap, it looks ok but i think the vege on the top can be more to cover it up more nicely. The taste is ok ok too. I love the sodubu chigae there most.

Seoul Palace Korean BBQ @ Bandar Puteri, Puchong, is the 5th branch which has officially opened since July 2013. They are offering a wide array of authentic Korean cuisine including Korean style BBQ set, Hotpot, Dolsot BiBimBap, Kimchi Jjigae, Noodles, Jap-Chae, Pancakes and many more.Dolsot BiBimBap is one of my favorite signature Korean dish. BiBimBap literally means 'mixed rice' and Dolsot is the 'stone pot' or Korean hot pot.BiBimBap here is served in a piping hot Korean hot pot with boiled rice, topped with a various sauteed and seasoned vegetables, roasted diced chicken meat and chili paste. Then a raw egg is nicely added on top of the chili paste. Mix well by stirring all the ingredients thoroughly and enjoy the great taste of Korea with perfect harmony of taste, smell and appearance.

Banchan. After we placed our order, we were served with a range of banchan while waiting for our main dish to arrive. The banchan was kimchi, beansprouts, spinach, fish cake slices, potato in mayo sauce and others. The kimchi was lighty tangy spicy taste, I wrapped it together with the BBQ meat. The beansprouts were crunchy. The potato mayo was soft and sweet.
