Signature Dishes
顾名思义，这里都是吃鸡肉为主的。环境我觉得普普通通。种类选择也是不会很多。这里的炸鸡通常都会被抢到很快，因为如果你要吃鸡腿还是比较软嫩的部位就要很快的去拿了。味道也是普普通通罢了。

Well, if you really really love Chicken.. you should try out Hartz Chicken Buffet at least once. True.. some dishes score and others sadly fell short of expectations, but overall it's OK. They have so many chicken dishes to choose from- roasted, country fried, spicy deep fried, bbq, braised.. the list goes on and on. The soups are quite alright too. though my mushroom chicken soup could have been creamier. The chicken spaghetti is also passable.. Nothing to shout about but overall I do not have any complains either

I am always a fan of whipped/mashed potato when it comes to western style dining experience. I did not expect this item to be in Hartz's buffet spread, but when I saw this I couldn't be happier The whipped potato and brown sauce is served separately so you can decide how much you want from each, good arrangement. The potato has a smooth texture and hint of black pepper taste, quite well seasoned too. The brown sauce is a tad too light tasting, as I wanted a rich sauce to accompany the plain potato.

Hartz Chicken Buffet recently renovated and shifted to a new site (facing sunway lagoon). Ambiance did look better than the previous location, and if I may say so , the spread at Hartz did not look too bad. But first sights do lie. After choosing from their limited amount of food,we tucked in hungrily. But to our horror, the spread at 5.30pm was really bad, to put it mildly. Both the soup choices were sour, all their salad with mayonaise was sour(I can't imagine how many days they left the food there!) and the Asian dishes were just...bad and unappetising.The only edible (and perhaps nice) was the Chicken, especially the country fried ones. But service was slow, and they did not replenish it with new stock eventhough the chicken was halfway gone. There were limited amount of chicken drumstick and thigh, and the other parts were just...dry. They gave me a voucher saying that if I come back, I can get 40% of my next meal. My verdict? Not a chance. I'm just relieved I did not get a tummy ache.

The place looked a bit rundown. The management should do something to perk up the place, like renovation. There is a fruit punch that looked like taken from school party. Salad bar- quite extensive with a number of choices but the chiller is not as cold as it should be and most of the salads are wilting and browning slowly
