前阵子夯爆，现在已较为沉寂的瑞士卷。我买的是台欧烘焙工坊(Butter Olive Wholesome Pastry House)的抹茶红豆口味瑞士卷。原价RM9，因用会员卡买的关系，折扣10%，剩RM8.10。把它里面切成四片，平均一片大概要RM2左右。外面红豆镶得很多，可惜里面Cream的分量稍嫌不足。瑞士卷吃起来很软，不会很甜，吃出了浓浓的抹茶味。还不错吃。 continue reading
