Face To Face Noodles House is another franchise noodle house. I had order and try Hot & Spicy Pan Mee I like strong flavor and I like hot spicy food. This Pan mee is really not bad. I would put extra chili flake in it and mixed everything together. I like that they have an water cooked egg in it, as it act as a glue and stick everything together. The pan mee is chewy in texture, and very fragrant with egg and wheat flavor. continue reading
