This is the second time I visited this restaurant. The first time I visited there was on Sunday around 1pm, the customers were so crowded that some of the people have to wait for seat. This time I visited around 3pm on Saturday, there are only a few customers there.I had a Sotong Ball & Fish Head Noodles (RM9.50+).There are 2 pieces of sotong ball and fried fish head. They do serve fresh fish head that is not fried also. The sotong ball is made of real squid flesh, I can feel the springy texture of the squid when biting it. The fish they use is quite fresh. I guess it should be Tilapia fish. The soup is very rich with fresh milk. If you prefer milky soup, this is quite recommended. Besides that, they also have tomyam soup base. The MeeHoon used is thick type one. It's quite full to finish it when it absorbs all the soup. They also provide us their special chili sauce with a little sourish taste, I suppose it's mixed with some lime sauce. The soup itself is quite tasteful to eat without the chili sauce though. The staff also gave me a small plate to spit out the fish bone so the table won't look messy and dirty. However, the foreign staffs here don't really understand English. All food are subject to 5% of service tax. continue reading
