Coffee Tea Cham. As compared to its ever busy neighbour hawker restaurant, this Sorn Restaurant has ample of seats for customers. The variety was not as much as its neighbour restaurant. After settling down, I ordered the coffee tea cham. It was a small cup and it has both tea and coffee taste, balancing each other well. The drink has the right amount of sweetness. continue reading

After trying so many claypot chicken rice from other places, the claypot chicken rice here still taste the best.Even my taiwanese friend liked it when i brought him here. What makes this different from others? Well, this claypot chicken rice the chicken meat taste smooth and sweet, and it smells very good.I think it must have added some special source into it. During the dinner serving time, this stall here sells claypot chicken rice. This coffee shop is directly behind the O&S coffee shop. I still remember eating this claypot chicken rice during the weekend nights before catching a movie in the cinema with my family. Long gone are the individual cinemas, but this stall still remains. The same man has been operating it till now. The claypot chicken rice is cooked over the hot burning stove, with Chinese wax sausage, chicken pieces and some spring onions in it. The dark soy sauce mix with sesame oil and Chinese wine is delicious and aromatic. A small portion cost RM7 but in fact, it is a serving for 2 people. continue reading
