I want to do some groceries shopping at AEON, however, I am pretty lazy to go outside of the centre for dinner. Therefore, just stop by Nando’s for a quick bite. In fact, restaurants are very limited here.As usual, I will be ordering Roasted Chicken whenever dining at Nando’s. I have ordered one Sharing Platters, Meal Platter (RM58.19) for 2 persons which consist of whole chicken with 2 side lines plus 2 bottomless soft drinks.Before the meal was served, I have prepared 2 bottles of sauce – Hot Peri-peri and Garlic Peri-peri to place on my table. Yeah! getting ready to eat with my chicken. Iced Lemon Tea was sent to my table, cold and refreshing. This is bottomless drink therefore you can refill once you have finished.I have opted for Hot Peri-peri sauce for my roasted chicken, Mediterranean Rice and French Fries for the side lines. Roasted Chicken was served warm, succulent and well marinated. I enjoy eating the chicken together with the sauce especially Hot Peri-peri sauce. French fries were lightly seasoned with chili powder. Mediterranean Rice, yellowish savoury rice to pair with the roasted chicken.On top of that, I have ordered additional side line- Coleslaw RM5.19. Consist of shredded cabbage and carrot tossed with mayonnaise. Served cold, the dressing has seep into the vegetables thus it was taste good. Overall foods were good and satisfying.

My family and I paid a visit to Nando's outlet at AEON @ Jusco at Taman Maluri not too long ago. It was at about lunch time (11.50am) when I reach the restaurant but only one staff was seen serving another table. Nando's had a sign outside saying "STOP! Please let us to seat you" but since no one was free to serve us, we got a seat for ourselves. We were rather disappointed when our orders were only taken at 12.15pm, that's 20 minutes after we had seated. Thankfully, food and drinks came within 10 minutes after orders were placed. It was only when we started eating that we notice slowly a few other staffs emerged out of the kitchen. All of them weren't seen in the restaurant earlier. Our guess is that the staffs works on shift and they took time before they really started working.Disappointed, the chickens were rather small Or is this the standard size nowadays? My friends told me that it is not the first time Nando's is having this problem of "bad service". Hope they would improve on this. Although I love Nando's but for the price that I pay for the food and service, it is simply not worth it at the moment.

1/4 Mild Peri-peri ChickenThe mild one is abit bitter,maybe because of the burnt part.The hot and extra one is too spicy already until can't taste the bitter.So i more prefer the hot and extra hot peri-peri chicken.The sides we ordered : potato salad, coleslaw, fries and butter rice.Recommended : potato salad and coleslaw!!! Great.
