Siew yoke here is relatively inexpensive and relatively decent. The skin is crispy and salty. The layer of fat is not fully melty, but at least not too chewy or rubbery. The meat is taste and soft. The combined tastes remind me why I love pork so much

在外面我们能吃到的鱼头米粉是用鱼头炸脆后,用熬好的汤再与鱼头和米粉一起煮,而且如果没有成功去到鱼的腥味是会让整晚面都是鱼腥味。初记的鱼头虽然是预先炸好,可是当我吃下口时还是有点脆脆的,而且汤有加一些鲜奶,让汤汁很浓郁。普通的茶餐室其实也卧虎藏龙啊!
