55 Cafe' & Restaurant is located at a strategic location. Easily accessible. It serves a variety of food especially dessert. The cafe itself is nicely decorated with a simple modern twist. Dark chocolate brownies served with creamy vanilla bean ice-cream and fruits salad.The brownies is not very dense and it tastes just nice. Not too sweet and yet with a strong dark chocolate flavour. Latte basically contain a large portion of milk. From the photo, it is really cute You can see a cat face on the top and the number 55 on the top too. Not only the presentation of their dessert had surprised me but also it tastes so amazing!What I have tried:The waiter recommended me to try out their Lemon Cake Surprise. Never expected it can be so nice and totally different. Guess their chefs are really creative to give surprises for their customers. It tastes really amazing. First, the cake is full of fruits which had peaches, strawberries and oranges as you can see it clearly. So generous! Second, the cake has the strong essence of lemon paste so with a touch of vanilla ice-cream it become less sour. For those who do not like things are too sweet like macaroon can have a try on it. It is acceptable. Lastly, the lemon cake is very soft and with the flash of fruits, you can definitely feel the texture of each layers!A very vintage design of the cafe.Probably will give them a second visit to try out their main dishes.
