Purple cane tea restaurant's branch at Paradigm mall has a nice ambient with comfortable environment. It gives me a extra relaxing feel to sip on a afternoon tea. In purple cane tea restaurant, they serve chinese food. You can order stir-fried food with rice too. Ordered this luo mi fan (pearl rice wrapped in leaf). Presentation wise this looks hot and appetizing. Taste wise this is not oily. Overall good. continue reading

continue reading

Stir Fried abalone mushroom with dry chilli and tea. This is similar to “kung pou” fried. The dish consisted onions and abalone mushrooms. The mushrooms were coated and deep fried first before mixing with “kung pou” sauce. The dried chilli gave a tint of spiciness to it. The sauce somewhat tasted sweet to me. I like the juiciness of the abalone mushroom though. continue reading
