Signature Dishes
The fried chicken in Restoran SK Corner is just so-so. I wanted either the drumstick or thigh part but it was sold out. So I had to settle for wings. The meat was a bit too dry for my liking. The batter on the chicken was acceptable, and the skin was mediocre-ly crunchy. The chicken was also well fried with no blood in sight. The portion is quite big for a wings part, so I guess quantity overruled quality this time.
