我又来过这间茶餐室试过这里的鱼头米粉，不过我觉得它的鱼头炸得不够通透，吃起来还带惺味，让我吃了一块就不敢再吃了。一个一头米粉除了汤汁要够鲜甜，鱼肉一定要处理好不然顾客一定一去不回头。

There is only 1 thing I don't really enjoy when I eat fish head noodle. After I eat with the meat and I need to spit the bones out. However, that doesn't kill my interest off from fish head noodle. The fish here comes in fry or non fry cook with preserved vegetable, tomato, ginger, spring onion, fried onion with 4 pieces of Soong Fish with or without evaporated milk. The soup taste very fresh.
