Patis Cocoa is a rather new established bakery house in Bandar Puteri, Puchong area. The sponge cake is chocolate flavoured layered with chocolate cream, sandwiched with some banana slices in between. The outer later is coated with chocolat, topped with strawberries and macaron shells.The texture of sponge is fluffy and nicely equipped with flour, unlike some sponge cakes which has loose sponge if you know what I mean. What I loved was the sweet chocolate with a hint of bitterness, eating it together with the sponge has the right sweetness. Bananas surely added some extra texture and natural fragrance to the cake.

Patis Cocoa is a bakery and pastry house which sells all kinds of bread, pastries and cakes at really low price! I'm surprised to find macarons there as well, but they do not look as delicate so I did not try any. I bought a piece of green tea cranberry cheese bread, which looks really similar to the famous Cranberry Cheese from The Loaf Bakery. However, it is around RM1 cheaper than The Loaf, worth a try!The bread is quite tough, not as soft and fluffy as I'd expect. But the amount cheese and berries in it are quite alot. I enjoy the salty cheese which complements with the sweet berries. The filling is quite thick, but too gluey for me. It is not as smooth but overall the taste is good.
