上一次来 Summit USJ 应该是十年前我还是少女的时候。。。哈哈！十年后的今天我因为想去某家运动商品店而重临这个地方，感觉上没什么改变，十年如一日，对一家商场来说不是什么好事。买完东西想要用餐的时候，我就头痛了。整个商场冷冷清清，就连平时熟悉的快餐店也只有寥寥几位客人，看到就倒胃口了。这时候某人拉住我来到 Black Canyon Coffee 的门口，告诉我说这是他以前来 Summit USJ 的时候，必来光顾的餐厅。不管好不好吃，就当作是重温旧梦吧～我看着吧台那里放了好多冲泡咖啡的装置，墙上也有不少咖啡的照片，我以为这又是一家咖啡馆。怎知道翻开餐牌的那一刻，我才发现原来这里有不少吃的，而且都是泰式风味的料理！很跳 tone 啊！Pad Thai - RM11.90泰式料理其中一个我最爱的就是国民美食 Pad thai，看起来好像有一点太湿的感觉，不过味道还蛮香的。面条本身不辣，必须要拌入放在一旁的辣椒粉来增加辣味，这样辣度就可以随着个人喜好来调节了。这份 Pad thai 最令我惊艳的地方，就是里头放了花生碎和虾米，整个香味加分了不少。青咖哩鸡饭最抢眼的，莫过于那个长方形的饭了，造型很特别。这里的青咖哩酱汁和我以前吃过的不太一样，没有那么 creamy，但是香味和辣味都很够。份量有点少，男生吃的话恐怕会不太够。因为来的时候已经是晚餐的时间，所以没点咖啡来喝。餐牌上的咖啡选择看起来很不错，要是下次还回来的话，我也想要试一试这里的咖啡。By 阿七

Definitely not recommended! Although service staff was quite fast, food from kitchen was slow eventhough there was only a few tables occupied. Overall food was just so-so. It tasted more like the Malay Thai cooking and not authentically Thai.

Tomyam soup. Black Canyon is originated from Thailand and I have high expectation on its tomyam soup. I ordered a small bowl of tomyam soup to try. The ingredients were very simple together with needle mushrooms. The soup was not too spicy and it was not too sour. It was not strong tomyam taste and I was rather disappointed. This tomyam suits for non-spicy people.

这里的咖啡是我个人认为不错的。这个咖啡很特别，其实这个咖啡的颜色是比较深，而且咖啡的味道是比较浓郁的。饮料上面有着一堆的咖啡粉。所以记得要搅匀才喝，不然的话就没有意思了

One of the few coffee establishments which I thought was similar to Starbucks and such is Black Canyon Coffee. I came to know this place as a restaurant that came from Thailand only after I went to Thailand recently. As recommended by a friend, this restaurant serves quite decent Thai food. To put this restaurant to its test, I ordered as what most Thai restaurants are good at: Mango Salad. The mango salad here is quite interesting, as it comes with cashew nuts on the top. Upon my first bite, this dish has confirmed that it indeed has its roots from Thailand. Its mango slices are juicy, with a hint of sourish and sweetness. The mango slices are sliced perfectly, with a nice crunchiness to it, which shows that is fresh. The cashew nuts complement the dish, although I find it a little strange, but delicious combination. It also has some spicy and sourish gravy.Anytime I crave for Mango Salad, this restaurant would definitely be the place to go!
