Ginseng roots stewed chicken 蔘鬚燉雞湯 is also nice. The chicken is very soft and the soup is strong with ginseng flavor. The most important thing, it is not bitter. 蔘鬚燉雞湯燉的很入味, 雞肉的部分有燉到爛, 湯頭則加了人參鬚, 枸杞, 當歸, 茯苓等好幾樣藥材去熬煮, 味道不錯.

this place is located at pandan perdana cheras area. cheras areas is alwasy so jam and trafffic is really bad. the bamboo salted chicken is soft and perfectly cook. You can feel the strong salt and black pepper flavor from all the meat. The vegetable is fresh, tasty and sweet taste. I love all the dish vry much.and the taste is just nice for my taste bud. not too oily and i love it
