Their breakfast is seriously comfort food. The aunty cooks pretty well, so some days you get curry chicken, and even curry wild boar. But this day, my breakfast was one of their most staple and consistent offerings: fried noodles, egg, and luncheon meat. What makes this meal for me is the sambal, that's very thick, sourish, and chocked full with large anchovies.Egg is usually with runny yolk, and breakfast is typically under RM5. continue reading

今天刚好来到这里附近工作,走到这里就顺便走进去随便吃个午餐,不懂要吃什么,就吃经济饭吧。比较多选择。这里的饭菜的选择还蛮多的,而且价钱也还满公道的,我拿了一菜一肉,也不用五块钱。 continue reading

Kwong Si food court offers economic rice and stir fried noodles in the afternoon. However in the morning they sell economic noodles. I took away economic fried mee hoon with an egg. The fried mee hoon was very ordinary. It was not salty and oily. Better if you eat it with chilli sauce. The egg was okay. Overall, the fried mee hoon was okay and the portion was quite big. continue reading
