Amelie Cafe, a little hidden cafe at Lebuh Armenian. It’s an enchanting dine in place. The little cafe was well-decorated with fine, cute living stuffs. It located in the heart of Georgetown, Penang which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site just next to the Cheah Kongsi. It is so simple that many had miss out the little shop as well.Pasta Carbonara : The pasta with bacon, egg , cream and cheese sauce.. Simply well made with the creamy texture and each mouthful of it is sensationly delicious. continue reading

continue reading

continue reading

Amelia cafe @ george townAmelia Café is a small, quirky bistro run by a husband-and-wife team. Almost every conceivable surface is whimsically decorated - the walls, ceiling and each menu features colourful artwork while tables and shelves are covered with tiny trinkets that, thankfully, fall short of looking haphazard.Bacon and Cream Cheese Bagel Sandwich (RM19) continue reading

Amelie Cafe at Armenian Street that's a shop you hardly notice it's existence because it's decorated with so many plants but indeed it's a truly a hidden gem in Penang. The drinks are served with reused jam jars, chairs made from whatever could be nailed together and breath cleansed air courtesy of plants homed in hanging glass jars around the cafe. The interior is uniquely decorated with recycled materials hanging around. The spaghetti is nice and creamy plus cheezie .Love it alot~ The lady boss is friendly to recommend and explain the foods in the menu.I'll say the foods quality is worth the price. Try not to go at the peak hours (lunch/high tea) because they only have 6tables and limited space in it.The menu boardSome painting hanging on the wallAnother side of the decorated wall with a dessert's menu boardAbove you head there are some old mugs handing on the celling .CLASSIC!!!Cafe Latte by IllyAglio OlioSpaghetti with Lemon, Rocket and Crispy Bacon Recommended dessert from the lady boss (sorry I forgotten the name of it) It contained fresh cuts of mangoes, soft pudding with some alcohol in it. It taste good~!!! continue reading
