Hokkien Mee in Mei Yen Restaurant perhaps is not the best one. The hokkien mee is quite oily which I don't really like it. But the taste is quite good la even though a little bit salty. The portion is quite ok. I think the price is also acceptable. continue reading

Hokkien Kuey Teow Mee. That night I was craving for the fry lala at this shop. Therefore, apart from the fry lala, we ordered their signature hokkien kuey teow mee also. The hokkien kuey teow mee has enough "wok hei" and it was quite moist. The taste was not too salty. It consisted of meat slices, lettuces and pork lards.
