Hello everyone, this time I am going introduce Coconut Flower Seafood Restaurant which is located in Telok Gong and which can travelled there by Kesas highway.Coconut Flower Seafood restaurant is a seafood restaurant which already have existed more than 10 years. It stands a large area and most of the tables and seats are in a semi- outdoor environment. Some are under shelters too.It has few signature dishes such as salt-baked chicken(盐焗鸡), stir-fried clam vermicelli (lala bihun) and etc. I am going to introduce all of you what I had on that day.Firstly, a must to have when you visit port klang is a fish. I had a steamed fish. The fish dish price varies as the fish breed and the season too so I don't mention the price la. The steamed fish was not fishy and a little salty to me since it was steamed with a lot of soy sauce.Another  I would like to recommend is seafood taufu. The ingredients include squids, shrimps, fish, its homemade taufu, broccoli and etc. This was seasoned with oyster sauce so slightly heavy and greasy in flavour but overall tasted not bad.Lala vermicelli is same as usual lots of mini clams and the vermicelli was a little salty too since it was cooked with soy sauce againLastly, the yam cake was deep fried until the outer surface became crispy and the content was filled with some chicken and some other vegetables and the flavour was miyaho(gongbao) style. continue reading

Famous for their todi and seafood, this place is running in a very simple trend like most Chinese restaurant. Tables and chairs are all arranged in open air tent and the pavements were not smooth. The roofs are supported with huge timber as pillars in this restaurant. Most people come to this place for the seafood. But common Chinese meals are also served here. Common dishes like the fried tofu with gravy, fried spinach, or the fried oyster with omelet are served with plain white fragrant rice. Tofus are soft and smooth, and the gravy is very tasty to go with white rice. The spinach and oyster omelet was also delectably smooth and succulent. If you simply just want to enjoy seafood, try the bamboo shell fried with dried chili and soya sauce. Each was very plump and fresh. They were so sweet and succulent you’ll never stop popping them into your mouth. Especially when eating with chilled beer, or todi. continue reading

Besides the fried spicy snail, this kind of snail which I not familiar with the name of it. However, the outlook of it is slighty different, it is long shape and the taste of snail also slightly the same. The texture of snail flesh is so freshy and chewy, flavorting with chilli sauce and other spice materials make it more and more delicious, let people cannot stop eating. continue reading
