Yip's Kitchen 業小廚 is located at Lower Ground of Sunway Pyramid. Yip's Kitchen Noodle Specialist started off their business with a shop in Subang Indah in early 90's. They were considered one of the shop that serves better wantan noodles around the Subang area. As per their shop name, they are specialise in various type of noodle, and the signature noodle would be the wantan noodle. The environment is nice and comfortable. We have ordered Yip Kee Special Dry Curry Chicken Noodles, Wok Minced Pork Noodles and Yang Chow Fried Rice. However, I feel that all the noodles we ordered are not up to the standard we expected, as a Noodle Specialist. The side dish, Deep Fried Golden Cup that we ordered also have nothing to shout out. We are also disappointed with the service here, very slow. The price also expensive compare and I think is not worth the money. Overall, I am very disappointed with the food here. continue reading

The mixed roast combination platter we ordered consists of the roast pork and char siew. Both tasted average only. The roast pork was very disappointing because it was very salty, the roasted pork skin was not crunchy, and the meat tasted very dry and rough. The char siew has no aroma. The sweet barbeque sauce was not impressive or memorable. The char siew is too fat and oily. continue reading

Sesame Roasted Chicken Noodles - RM 8.90 The Sesame Roasted Chicken Noodles tasted okay, but the noodles wasn't what I expected of a noodle specialist. I thought it would be more springy or at least unique. It was just like any "wan tan" noodle I had outside. Too soft, and not as rubbery as I would like mine. Maybe not rubbery but i like those that has the spring texture. The Barbecue chicken meat was good though, but yet again we could have that with wan tan noodles which was way better. It did not feel fresh at all. What a let down. continue reading
