With this scorching Malaysian weather, everyone is constantly craving for a bowl of cold and yummy dessert. I’m not an exception too. My favourite dessert would be Snowflakes!! I’ve fallen in love with Snowflakes the very first time I tried it. A bowl of Snowflakes will definitely quench your thirst on a hot day probably the aftermath of eating would be having a brain freeze. My favourite of all would be the Ocha Ryo, which consists of premium green tea ice that is aromatic, strong and concentrated in flavour, black sesame, Azuki red bean, green tea taro balls and baby pearl. The combination of the elements in a bowl of Ocha Ryo is simply genius and everything complements each other so well. Especially the red bean and green tea as well as the taro balls. Green tea and red bean has always been a classic combination and probably that is why the bowl of Ocha Ryo tasted so good. If you're not a fan of any elements in a particular bowl of snowflakes, you can always customise your dessert! And it will cost you only RM 8.90!Besides Ocha Ryo, I enjoy eating Japan Combo and Sea Amber Jelly! Japan Combo is a combination of Taro balls, Azuki red bean, baby pearl and Soya ice! I really love how rich in flavour the soya is and the taro balls go really well with the soya ice. The texture is smooth and just simply delicious! If you haven't tried snowflakes yet, what are you waiting for?! Go try it now! continue reading

The soya series with kidney beans, grass jelly and taro balls in Snowflake was delicious. As this is a Happy Deal, the portion is smaller than the usual size, however, I find this great as I almost always cannot finish the huge serving. The kidney beans were well cooked, and still has that red bean-y taste to it and not too sweet. The slurpilicous grass jelly complemented the soya ice very well. It was as if I was eating soya cincau instead of drinking them. The taro balls, some in white and some in orange was so-so, as I was never a fan. I find them a bit too hard and chewy. However, priced at RM4.90, it is definitely well worth the money paid. continue reading
