The second lou sang in 2013 in Chan Sow Lin Fish Head restaurant. We had out lou sang for lunch and of course not to be missed their famous good cooking style of fish head for a reasonable price. Their Steamed Fish Head with ginger garlic sauce is fantastic.This restaurant is located at an industrial area of Chan Sow Lin Road, just next to China Press Newspaper Publication.Not a high class restaurant but excellent food A good start of 2013 for Chinese New year! continue reading

This fish head was steamed with fermented bean paste topped with fish stomach pieces and sprinkled with spring onions. The fish head was a big one and it was very fresh and meaty. The meat was tender and succulent. The fish stomach was springy and chewy in texture. The fermented bean paste was thick and fully covered the fish head.
