Tori Teriyaki No Onsen Tamago Chahan....Which is a Hot Stone Bowl Fried Rice with Grilled Chicken and Hot Spring Egg ~~Looks so tasty from the menu right...Yea... Its a totally different story after the first spoon you eat !!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA~~Its tasteless ~As you can see from the picture...ALOTS of soy sauce and chili powder are added ...Before add ...Its tasteless The menu..Salad and Miso Soup are come in set...Nothing special ...Not too bad compared to that bowl of rice XD

这个有点类似韩国料理里面的石头锅。里面是炒饭，烤鸡排还有一颗不生不熟的鸡蛋。把它们混合在一起，蛋汁给里面的炒饭增加了一种湿润的感觉。鸡肉很嫩，味道有点甜甜的。份量也蛮多。

Soon, the food tasting event is wrapped up with the demonstration by Chef Leon Wong, the man behind all these delectable spread. We are thankful to have his wonderful guidance on making our very own Temaki Handroll. Sugoine! Not intended to blow my own trumpet on purpose, but the outcome of the roll is really zesty! Each grain of rice is fluffy and not too sticky. Add in with the fresh lettuce, crab filaments, cucumber, carrots and mayonnaise as well as final touch with smidgen of mentaiko, it tastes heavenly! I suppose the wonderful indulgence is only made possible if only fresh ingredients are used. Ooishi ne! And for you guys who are curiously eager and would like to pay a visit here to discover more of their interesting and succulent menu, please head over to 1Shamelin Shopping Mall, which is conveniently located at the neighbourhood of Cheras. This is the first time i join open rice makan venture. Feel exciting and enjoy meeting new friends.At mikaku ramen i taste a lot of Delicious food such as Shoyu Ramen -rosted port boiled egg +vegetables,miso ramen , 3 hot stone bowl dishes.The chef also guide us how to roll up sushi .there also give us chance to meet up with people who loves to eat. and at the same time can try variety of foods.TQ
