First time having bittergourd noodle

I don't really remember if I have tasted any before. This was considered my first time having one. The soup was very clear yet flavorful. The bittergourd was thinly sliced and surprisingly, not as bitter as I thought it would be. The pork ball was very tender and good, could use more of that! continue reading

Herbal Chicken Soup

When one is lazy to boil soup, one orders it. This herbal soup wasn't the best I have tried. Considering the price and location, it was still alittle too far beyond my expectation. The soup was very diluted, even though the flavor from the herbs was prevalent. There were some chicken in it, which was rather decent. It had the flavor but just not the texture I was half hoping to get. continue reading
