Dragon-i is a Chinese restaurant serving different types of authentic chinese cuisine. It is famous for its noodles and siu loong pao. This Dragon-i is located in Gurney Plaza, Persiaran Gurney, Georgetown.Steamed siu loong paoThis siu loong pao definitely worth a try. The filling of this siu loong pao is pork mince and hairy crab meat. It is so juicy and flavoursome. Some prefer to eat siu loong pao just by itself, but I prefer to eat it with some vinegar and fine ginger scallion sauce.

Dragon-I is nothing special to talk about but the restaurant serves a good Shanghainese Delights. One of the famous item from Dragon-I which is the Xiao Long Bao. The steamed meat dumplings which is originated all the way from Shanghai’ s Nanxiang Town. Every steamed specialty dumpling are handmade and each displaying at least 18 delicate folds. The filling is a skillfully balanced mix of minced pork shank, ginger and natural pork skin. gelatin which after steaming, melts into the tasty delicious soup. Every bites of the dumplings is sinfully delicious with the sweet soup which is well infused in the dumpling.Price: RM 9.80

It is an afternoon date with one of my besties during my trip back to Penang. Well, Dragon-I is nothing special in KL but back to Penang, since is a late afternoon and in the mall, we had our tea time there.One of the item we had is the Deep fried Beancurd with Salt & Pepper where the soft silky beancurd is being cut in to cubes and then it is deep fried till crispiness at the outer layer with the salt and pepper. Bringing the slight saltiness with the peppery taste is making the overall taste perfect.Price: RM 8.00
