Signature Dishes
The concept of V1 is apparently all about sports cars. They claimed to be the first sports car theme restaurant with unique dining atmosphere. There isn’t anything about cars you can’t think of that is used as decors and their theme. There are those racing car seats, car honk to get the attention of their crews, there is even an actual Ferrari car model in and outside the shop. There are traffic lights as decors and some medals and trophies from car races. The toilet is pretty cool itself, with wheels to replace the tap and stuff. It was quite an eye opening, and that is what you call a themed restaurant. THeir Caesar salad was decent, and absolutely beautifully plated to serve. Something worth admiration and of course I do appreciate the effort.

V1 Concept Restaurant is located at Bandar Puteri in Puchong. This is a restaurant serving a very wide variety of western cuisines which specializes more to American style cuisines. They have pasta, pizza, roasts/grills and steaks available here.Beef Lasagna LASAGNA!!! Craving for cheese? this is a must TRY!!! The pasta layered was thin and quite an amount of layers are there. The cheese was definitely very milky, creamy and cheesy, Perfectly matches with the lasagna sauce. The Beef was tender and juicy somemore.Once again I wanna review here, THIS LASAGNA WAS DEFINITELY VERY VERY VERY CHEESY and MEATY too Credits to: EVERYDAY FOOD I LOVE

V1 is a conceptual restaurant, with the fiery red Ferrari car at their main entrance. The main concept of the restaurant is each man's favourite wife, the brilliant red Ferrari sports car. This restaurant uses iPad as part of their ordering system.House Specialty Burger @ RM 22.00The portion of the burger is huge, so my advice is, finish the burger before eating the fries. But the patty is quite soft and overly minced. I hardly feel the texture here, nevertheless the BBQ sauce is very thick and flavourful. It perfects the burger!Classic Hotdog @ RM 8.00It looks more like coney hotdog to me and quite aromatic when served hot. It tastes quite bland without the mayonnaise. And my next best alternative is to keep dipping every bite into chilli sauce to add more flavour.
