Another daily favorites that you can have in Uwa only on Thursday. Again you can find cubed rice called lontong hidden under the beansprouts, chicken slices, bihun (vermicelli) and fried shallots in spicy yellow chicken soup without coconut milk. Soto is super delicious when eaten with its sambal kicap with is made from blended bird eyes chilies, salt and Indonesian thick soy sauce ( I think). I strongly feel that the sambal kicap is the key to the success of this dish! Sedap! continue reading
