Signature Dishes
这家名字很得意的餐厅，卖的是好像我们在日本餐厅会吃到的盖饭，只是不一样的是他们卖的是中式盖饭，之前听朋友说他们的妈密鸡好吃，所以毫不犹豫就点了那个，他们连那碗也很日式，朋友介绍的没错，妈密鸡果然很入味，配饭好好吃。下次来也要试下他们其他的口味了。

很好奇这道蒸松魚頭到底是哪一种鱼类，因为鱼头看起来真的好大！厨师把很大的鱼头淋了放了些姜葱后和酱汁后，就放进锅里蒸，蒸出来的鱼头吃起来一点也不会感到有腥味。不过如果能加点酒进去一起煮的话应该会比较香，因为放姜葱来烹制会显得有点简单。

这个Chicken Tomyam Soup with Rice我觉得味道不够实在，只是表面的酸味，但是配料是几丰富的。有蘑菇，鱿鱼，虾子，蔬菜等等。。里面的食材味道没有出来，所以吃起来不是很实在。味道偏酸，不是很辣。不过很下饭。

I passed by this small cafe at Ikano and thought their menu looks good. The choices of food was aplenty and i finally settled down with Marmite Fish Rice. Perhaps it was not the wisest choice. Presentation wise, it looks appealing. The marmite sauce that covered the fish was too salty for me. The fish batter was too thick and i hardly feel the presence of the fish meat. The egg and the vege was normal standard. The dish was dry because there were no extra sauce or if extra sauce given, it would be too salty.

In the bowl is a newly opened restaurant at Ikano. It's just beside bobalicious. I tried their dry wantan noodle. Surprisingly, their noodle is really springy and tasty. A bowl like this comes with lots of ingredients, minced pork, vegetable and fish cakes. I like their fish cakes very much, it's really springy and delicious. Each bowl of noodle will comes with a small bowl of soup.In their menu, they served rice set as well with different type of dishes. I will try it out in another day.
