Heaty weather in Penang had stop me to enjoy the desserts in the nearby shop near the Wat CHayamangkalaram temple. The house converted restaurant is simply beautifully design. We made an order of the Thap Trim Krawp which is the mock pomegranate seeds in coconut ice syrup. The sweet delights to favour after the meals give me a disappointment as the jackfruit is slightly bitter.Taste: 1/5Price: RM 2.50

he restaurant which is along Lorong Burmah opposite Wat chayamangkalaram is a place to have Thai Cuisine. The restaurant which is opened by the Thai, the restaurant is furnished is simple decoration. As that, we had visited the restaurant this round as we are nearby the area.Gaeing Kiew Warn Set where the set is served with Green Curry Chicken with the Homemade Thai Fish Cake a rice as well as a Clear Tomyam Soup with Fishball. The Green Curry Chicken is being cooked in coconut milk with chicken, eggplants, lime leaves, sweet basil leaves,long beans and fresh shredded chilies. The Curry Chicken taste is not really spicy but as for the Tomyam it gives me a disappointment as it is not served hot. The tomyam which is served are warm which leads me to my disappointment. As for taste, it is still acceptable except is not spicy enough
