Just had my wedding dinner done at Carousel International Coffee House. Absolutely pleasant experience!! Very happy with the decision we made to celebrate our big day with families and friends at the buffet dinner here. Great price with good food, clean and relaxing atmosphere, attentive waiters (special thanks to Shakil for his good service), and complimentary breakfast for the hosts in the following day! Many thanks for the awesome restaurant managers/supervisors - Franco and Aziz - went above and beyond in providing us an excellent customer services and quick responses on the changes of menu and any event details, which made the planning more smooth, stress free, and easy. My guests and families had a great and relaxing time. Highly recommended!

'Tis the season for hotels to have Middle Eastern buffets, catering to the Arab tourists who come here for their summer holidays. At the Palace of the Golden Horses, Carousel's dinners are a decent deal at RM50++ per person. The selection is limited, but it covers the basics, ranging from tabbouleh (chopped parsley with onions and lemon juice) and warak einab (pickled vine leaves stuffed with rice)... .. to the obligatory grilled lamb (kinda dry and bland) ... ... to thick, savoury meat stews and soups brimming with veggies ... ... to mandi (basmati rice cooked with lamb and spices). Quite aromatic, this.
