Signature Dishes
Its glory days are probably over, but this place is still worth visiting once in awhile to savour an 18th-floor, 360-degree rotating view of the city. The service remains impeccable, even though the food falls far short of brilliance. Crabmeat with avocado, coriander & capsicum coulis. On paper, this might seem like the perfect recipe, but the avocado should have been fresher. Clam and salmon fillet with vegetable noodles in sake lemon dressing and diced potato ragout. Not bad, but not something that we'd still remember after a week or two. Warm lobster medallions drizzled with garlic balsamic. A rather puny portion. 57 Sling (the number refers to the year 1957) and Singapore Sling. House white wine.

Dining at Bintang Revolving Restaurant is superb! This restaurant located in Federal Hotel at the heart of KL city. We need to book before getting there. As we booked, they reserve a window seat place for us! Well, I can tell this feeling is amazing! While dining, we can watch the night scenery of KL under us!This is one of the dish my boyfriend ordered. It is a chicken with cheesy sauce. The taste is ok but the portion seems too little for my boyfriend. He complained that this did not fill its stomach.This is the dish we ordered. It is a dessert. For me, this is little bit too sweet for me!The cost for eating for 2 persons is around RM120 with 2 main dishes and 1 dessert and fruit drinks. It may quite expensive to someone. However, this is definitely a good place to watch the night scenery of KL.
