这家餐厅说明有关大自然，所以这里也有自家制的天然雪糕，我就好奇点了一客蜜糖口味的雪糕，结果一口下去真的可以感觉到蜜糖的味道，口感很特别有点类似冰沙和奶油雪糕之间的感觉。

Little Green Planet, the Malaysian organic food firm, has opened its first cafe, called Earth Food _ a serene space nestled in Ampang's diplomatic enclave. The recipes offered here are rooted in a bumper crop of organic foodstuff, antibiotic-free meat & other produce obtained from ecologically responsible sources. We loved this huge helping of roasted beetroot, walnuts, shredded cheddar & mixed greens in balsamic vinaigrette. A crisp salad, filled with fresh, flavorsome ingredients. Buttermilk pancakes with fruits & maple syrup. Could have been fluffier. Pan-seared salmon with pineapple & asparagus. Moist and mouthwateringly tender. Pistachio-crusted grain-fed beef sirloin with pepper sauce, mashed potatoes & French beans. Came out too cooked for our liking, but that's because we forgot to specify for it to be prepared medium-rare. Rosti with egg. Let's call this an unguilty pleasure _ probably the healthiest, least greasy potato pancake to be found in the Klang Valley. Potato wedges. Piping-hot perfection. Who says all carbs are evil?

there are a few organic restaurant along Jalan Ampang Hilir.earth food is a bit further down inside jalan ampang hilir, after Haven.we ordered two soup, pumpkin and mushroom. I thought mushroom will be nicer (i always love mushroom soup!) but ended up the pumpkin one is even better. nothing special about this, but the bread is homemade with organic flour and the cheese is also organic. I was hoping that there is some italian tomato sauce to make it taste better.my pesto, taste good, but nothing to shout about.very colorful dish, grilled salmon with red dragon food. nice presentation.grass-fed beef steak. hmm.. nothing to shout about and the kitchen forgot the mashed potato (i thought i saw there will be mashed potato with this dish in the menu).I wonder if all organic restaurants are expensive? how organic is those organic food?I basically think that eating healthy doesn't need to be eating organic food though.actually the pricing is not that bad as a lot western/italian restaurant is around the same price range, but with the same price I believe i can find better food (maybe those "non-organic" one).the environment is relaxing and there building has a lot of big window, if you go during morning time (they open at 8.30am), you can enjoy the sunlight.http://mystyl3mylif3.blogspot.com/2012/02/ampang-earth-food-organic-restaurant.html
