What is famous in Kah Soh? We had the Toman Fish Head Bihun which is one of the signature item there. The fish is thinly sliced and and served together on the hot piping soup and slightly thick bihun. I do not really love the Toman Fish Head Bihun here as there is fishy smell on it. Best Fish Head Noodles around!

I totally love Ka Soh.. they have been around for maybe 2 decades now (as far as I can remember) and they still serve the best Fish Head Noodles I have tasted. The noodles are firm and springy, the soup base's ultra delicious peppered with lime, tomatoes, milk and salted veges. The fish fillets are done just right . Everything's perfect! They serve other dishes too like steamed Fish Head and fried Sotong, but I almost always only order their Fish Head Noodles... continue reading
