Signature Dishes
Longing for some Indian food, banana leaf rice came into mind. And I hopped into the car and drove to Abirami, where I can find good banana leaf rice. I took a fair bit of rice, vege and extra ordered some fried chickens. Papadom is a must and I took quite a fair bit. They are fresh crunchy. I always love to mix the dahl and curry together as they give a very fragrant and tasty combination. It's a bit spicy but nothing I can't handle. It dampened my rice, which is how I liked it. The fried chicken was a bit dry but tasty. It's also a bit oily, probably was left on the line for a while.
