Restaurant Uncle Seng is located at SS15 Subang Jaya. It is just few doors away from the famous 45 minute pork noodles. But must beware of the parking here as it is quite hard to get a parking especially during lunch time. It is just a normal Chinese restaurant, so nothing much to shout out on the environment. It specialize on own made noodle (with smooth and springy texture) comes with different choices such as, wan tan, char siew, curry chicken, chicken feet mushroom, shredded chicken, braised

I have ordered Wan Tan Noodle. The noodle is served in dried type, but they didn't put any soy sauce. One thing that cannot miss is their special made chilli sauce which add on the "OMP" to the noodle. Overall, I think the noodle is stringy and delicious and the price is reasonable.

what i ordered, Char Siew Wan Tan with special made noodles, which i assume made by Uncle Seng himself. when the dish came i was quite surprised to know the noodles looked.. clean? because the noodles from the other tables looked incredibly red and spicy looking that i was beginning to doubt whether i ordered something wrong haha. but i found out that we were supposed to add a generous amount of chili paste given, according to what we prefer. i added ALOT. because the noodles itself were actually quite bland, alot of seasoning was needed to give some taste. but texture-wise, Uncle Seng's noodles were actually one of the most soft noodles i have ever tried, despite the fact that it was different from typical wan tan mee. not so chewy, but the softness was enough to satisfy me. the char siew was also given in a reasonable portion, cooked well and thinly sliced so it was good for people like me who dislike fatty meat.

Restoran Uncle Seng is one of the restaurant which sells only their home made noodle and it's only ONE type only instead of bihun, kway teoy or loh su fan. The noodle itself is made of a mixture of egg and flour which has a springy and smooth texture. Instead of ordering the usual wantan, I ordered a plate of their signature noodle with "char siew", curry chicken and wantan for RM6. Compare to normal wantan, the portion is quite big and you may share it with your friends if you are small eater.

Overall I can say that the noodle is really good and goes well with char chiew and curry chicken! If you really like the noodle, you may opt to buy the raw noodle and cook it on your own.

I would say that this is a nice place to go for a quick and simple meal. It is quite popular among the residents, college students and workers around this area. They sell also the raw noodle, which you can buy and bring home to cook it yourself. My mummy tested once, but failed to get the same texture as it is served in the restaurant, maybe not enough 'kung fu' (often known as Chinese martial art in Mandarin, but here refers to the cooking technique) as uncle Seng, haha...

Besides, the price of noodles here is very reasonable. This plate of noodle with wan tan, char siew and fried pork (I love their fried pork very much
) costs only RM7. Moreover, the portion is very big. For additional noodle, it costs only RM0.50 which can be considered very worthy.

Furthermore, they serve food fast here. You do not have to wait long although there are many customers especially during the lunch hour.

Curry Chicken Noodle.
The curry sauce is thick and rich of taste. The chicken is quite tender too. Uncle Seng noodle mixed well with the curry sauce. If you need more oomph with spice, can add on with Uncle Seng's special chili sauce.

The food here is quite cheap at only RM4.50 for a normal noodle and RM5.50 for special ingredient such as curry chicken, mushroom chicken leg, char siew wanton etc.
Besides, the food portion here is huge too!!
