这一道瓦煲芋头排骨伊面还蛮特别的,而且这里的食物份量都非常的大。他们的瓦煲芋头排骨伊面虽然份量很多,可是里面的食材配料的份量却还好。芋头也不够软,可是整碗面的味道是好吃的。

The Tang Hoon was thin, soft and dry. They were fried along with loads of eggs, beansprouts, vegetables, prawns and pork meat. The fried tang hoon was not so oily too. It was fully flavoured with the savoury wok taste "wok hei".

Fried chicken wings
The chicken wings was well marinated with some Lam Yue and was deeply fried until they were very crispy and crunchy on the outside and the meat inside was very tender and smooth. The chicken wings were not too oily too.

Claypot Pork Rib noodles
The pork rib noodles was served in a hot sizzling claypot. The noodle was thick, soft and smooth. They were rich in the thick and gravy dark brown sauce which was cooked alon with some sweet soy sauce too. The pork rib was tender and juicy.

Hokkien Mee is one of the signature dish in KL. Many people come here put that into their must eat list. So when I see the Hokkien Mee here, I decided to give it a try. The Hokkien Mee is a bit lack of taste. The pork lard here is a bit less compare to other shop. The taste wise I would say don't have enough of the wok hei.

Don't be discouraged by the price, the spring roll is actually humongous! The roll is thick and cut into thick pieces, enough for 3 persons. The outside is crispy, and the fill is quite "mushy" but it tastes not bad. Much like a Loh Bak on steroids or an enlarged Hokkien Bak Kien. Must try!

They also served homemade fish cake here. The fish cake is fried till golden brown colour. You can dip with chilli sauce when eat it or eat it purely to enjoy the taste of fish.
