This restaurant was recommended by my friend since I wanted to have something not spicy and it is better to have some chinese food. I really did not realise there is such restaurant in a shopping mall. As normally I dine all these braised dishes outside shopping mall. This remain unknown to me until my friend brought me to this place, Teochew Lor. First time dine here and my friend recommended their yam rice and braised trotter. I glance through all the sets and dishes available in the menu and decided to go for yam rice, braised trotter and tofu. I ordered it in ala carte. The first bite of the braised trotter was satisfying since I don't normally see such restaurant in the shopping mall. I think their standard is not comparable to those famous chinese restaurant that serves those braised trotter that literally melts in your mouth but I think it's good enough. Since I would say their service is quite fast. I love the yam rice. Their tofu was alright.
