Tobiko SushiAs for the this tobiko filling, I can’t help but enjoy soulfully every single popping of the roes inside my mouth These tiny pearls of red-orange colour gives out a mild smoky and nutty taste with a crunchy texture. It’s bit salty but thank god, there is no fishy smell that I worried about earlier. Ooishi!

Cuttlefish sushiThis cuttlefish sushi is also very tangy indeed. I think it’s already nice and succulent to have it that way. Anyway, a simple dipping of soya sauce have been making them a whole lots more heavenly enjoyment. It’s chewy and you get to enjoy the freshness of this seafood

Salmon sushiThe salmon is considerably fresh and tasty, considering am actually not a big fan of sashimi As usual, we would have it with some wasabi to spice it up. The rice underneath it is equally good with adequate vinegar added to it, covering each grain. It’s very pleasant to the taste bud.

Sushi platter As the array of sushi suggests, it definitely will meet the taste bud for every foodie alike, even the fussiest one We have Salmon sushi, Kani sushi, Cuttlefish sushi, Tamago Mentai sushi, Tuna salad sushi and Inari sushi. I really love them for they are really fresh and did a great job in pampering your taste bud.

Ice cream It’s always nice to impart ice cream as one of the must-have dessert in every meal, for they help to chill you up after some hearty dining. For instance, we have this mint ice cream. I enjoy it as always for I love the minty taste amidst the iciness texture, with some chocolaty chips to chip in along. As for the chocolate variety, it appears so-so to me only.

Miso soup The miso soup prepared here is nice and tasty. It is not too salty as might happen in other Japanese eatery. It comes with lots of silky cubes of beancurd and also fragrant kelps, which is my favourite. The miso paste is apparently sensed but with the right quantity. With some scallions added to it as well, the soup becomes even more appetizing.

Squid tentacles Talking about this really brings smile to my face. Why? My friend actually is afraid of finger-like thingy food such as chicken feet and also these squid tentacles. Guess what? Am more than happy to help him clean it up! The tentacles are chewy and luckily, not that hard after deep fried with some light batter. It’s quite tempting as I find myself can’t stop munching on them, and the creamy mayonnaise which comes together doesn’t help either to halt this lusting

Hana ichi salad This is one of the starter that I love most from Hana Ichi. This fare seems pretty simple but trust me, it’s really appetizing. With just the basic ingredients like julienned cabbages, cherry tomatoes, lettuces, dashes of sesame with some seemingly like asam jawa pieces, it allows the diners a very refreshing enjoyment of vinegar-like taste. The amount of piquancy is under good measurement for it still appears zesty to us, enjoying it whole-heartedly.

Chicken teriyakiOne would just awe seeing such inviting meal, Chicken Teriyaki, with the necessary honey-glazing like on the chicken skin. It seems normal but after one bite, you might beg to differ. The chicken is extraordinarily tender and flavoursome. The meat is tangy and delicious especially when eaten with the savoury teriyaki sauce which bears some sweetness in it. It’s definitely finger-licking good! Fans of fowl would love it dearly.

Saba Shio TeriyakiIt prides itself with a wholesome dining-out in the new healthy trend as food is prepared as close as to its natural taste without much preservative. And for this Saba Shio Teriyaki, is definitely awesome! The mackerel dish is lightly grilled so that it won’t overcook the juiciness of the fish while retaining its natural sweetness. It is only drenched with some teriyaki sauce and is already really good to go. The fish meat is flakily tasty!
