Nasi putih with pucuk paku masak lemak, and ayam masak merah. The pucuk paku masak lemak was crunchy and coconutty, and the ayam masak merah filled in the gap with sweetness.Sirap bandung was huge and milky, and not overly sweet. Very refreshing.

I was pleasantly surprised with the food at Tumis! They have set menus, lunch quickies, a range of a'la carte items and we tried 3 of their dishes. The standout was their Daging Maut... A beef dish not unlike a beef rendang but done Kelantan style. It is called Daging Maut or 'Death Beef' due to the level of spiciness and that lingering and burning sensation in your stomach lining for hours after ingestion!
