This dish is served along the salad and French fries. The chicken patty does not contain any sauces but it was delicious too. It will not be too dry either.

Starz Dineris a restaurant that serves a variety of Asian and International cuisine. It is located in Hard Rock Hotel, Jalan Batu Ferringhi, Penang. Fish and chipsFish and chips is one of my favourite western food. The fish is deep-fried with light batter till crispy while preserving the natural freshness of the fish. The fish is still moist. It is served with a generous amount of chips and coleslaw. The fish is best eaten with tartare sauce.

I was pleased to find this food included in the buffet breakfast selection. As a popular Malaysian delicacy, this food can be taken during every meals. The version here was pretty food as the noodles were not too dry. Some places tend to execute it without the little wetness that it should have, one of the criterias to a good mee mamak goreng in my books. The spiciness level was just right, considered mild to me. Pancakes and waffles, the typical western style item popular for breakfast. Simply can't miss having this as I love to drizzle maple syrup on the fluffy batter product. Sadly, the texture of the waffles and pancakes were below average. The waffle although was crispy but the texture was hard. I need to exert higher pressure on it using knife. On the other hand, pancakes lacked the fluffy texture it should have. A dissapointing experience on this as they should have done it well.

This item is included in their buffet spread selection. Piping hot noodles with delicious broth is another good choice of food to have for breakfast as it is tummy warming. You will have to practice self service for this. Yellow noodles and kuey teow were provided, along with other condiments such as filament crab stick, chicken balls, chinese cabbage, chopped spring onions, fried shallots and chilli powder. Just blanch them and pour some chicken soup over, you are good to go. The broth was nice
