这道胜瓜豆腐 ，感觉非常清新，原来胜瓜和豆腐的配搭可以如此的好，新鲜的豆腐不仅充满了黄豆的香味，口感也十分滑嫩，胜瓜本身的味道本来就不强，自然不会抢走豆腐的风头，再略加调味料，出来的味道就刚刚好了。

这里的花甲原来就是指我们统称的啦啦，师傅加入指天椒、姜丝、蒜蓉、香菜和酸柑后清蒸，给这道菜添加了不少天然的调味，酸辣的味道十分开胃，除了花甲，不要忘了喝里面的汤汁，这才是这道菜的精华所在，淋在饭上，足以让我扒完一整碗饭。

这道生煲七彩东星斑 就是当晚的重头戏了，这里的师傅只是简单的把新鲜的鱼放入砂锅内，再加入姜丝和香菜，也没有太多的调味料，效果出来味道却出奇的好，为了就是吃出鱼的鲜味，而且鱼肉也十分滑嫩细致。
