The appetizer they put beef some cheese and veggie on top. It was delicious. We finished it in less than seconds i think
. Then i tried my salmon sandwich. They did not grilled the salmon and they serve me with raw salmon instead. I'm so sorry to tell you that it was not good. The raw salmon with lack of seasoning is definitely a no go. I would prefer for it to be grilled so that it doesn't smell. Plus, it is not fresh.

We enjoyed the rest of our lunch time with the cinnamon tea. It taste as regular as i usually drink it. We keep on talking before we make a move. This place have a great environment but i'm not too sure about the food. Well maybe we ordered the wrong one.

Overall: spacious, nice environment

We both love duck so we ordered duck dishes. My friend ordered the Duck slices with a type of special flour wrap. There were slices of cucumbers and also onions as well as a koisin sauce. The ingredients were like peking duck except that the wraps were not paper thin and the duck were cut differently.

I had the duck salad which is very tasty. I guess they probably used the same shredded duck but with salad and also baby tomatoes. The result is very delicious though it is easy to make.

The duck has a tinge of saltiness inside.

My friend ordered the iced mocha with a chocolate sauce on the sides. Very beautifully done.

The place is also very romantic with candles on each table. There are also table setting for a more sophisticated dinner with the family. The ambience definitely suits the name, Table Talk. I particularly like the glass door with the unique painting of people dining. The owner must be very artistic as there were a lot of wonderful paintings everywhere.

The bill for both of us was RM 54. Quite ok and more reasonable than other fancy commercialized places that does not come with tasty unique food.

This breakfast is just a hair under RM20, all in. Fluffy, silky eggs stuffed with lots of goodness - sausages, tomatoes, and the works. Everything was cooked nicely - juicy and not bland. The bread was also of good quality - crisp and fresh. Orange juice was not sweet though, but I didn't feel like it was diluted (maybe it was, but no sugar added).Service staff couldn't speak proper English and I couldn't understand a word she was saying.

Have never been much of a fan of salads, but when I saw duck salad with sesame sauce dressing in the menu I had to order it (can't resist duck or sesame sauce, much less both of them together!). Definitely was not disappointed - the salad came with a generous amount of duck slices and the salad was tossed in just the right amount of dressing so it wasn't too overwhelming. It was the perfect salad for a non-salad eater like me. I also love spicy food, so I ordered the sambal seafood pasta out of

I never thought sambal and pasta could ever go together, but I was proven wrong. Will definitely go back for that pasta again!

The restaurant could be quite secluded for those aren't familiar with TTDI but it is definitely a hidden gem of this upper-class neighborhood. Serving Asian fusion cuisine that blends Italian and American into the menu, you can be assured of a healthy, hearty meal. My fav here would definitely be the serving of air-fried fries. With that, it is no longer a sin to chomp on fries excessively. Besides air-frying their fries, they also use only olive oil, MSG-free and canned-free goods in all their

Besides air-frying their fries, they also use only olive oil, MSG-free and canned-free goods in all their cooking , a plus point in their healthy-food concept.

Recently I dropped by for their breakfast sets that go for rm5.90/set - turkey ham & egg sandwich + a hot cup of coffee!

Overall I think TableTalk is a great venue to dine in with your loved ones be it a whole family of 5 or just your bf/gf. The ambience is cozy while steering more towards a fine-dining setting. Still comfy if you ask me!

Brewed coffee. We had the western brunch set and TableTalk and it came with brewed coffee. A small packet of milk was given. The pure coffee was very bitter and no sweetness at all. We had to add a packet of sugar in it to make it not so bitter. The milk also gave it a thicker texture. The coffee was slightly aromatic and was served hot. A very nice environment but it was a bit too hot.

English Breakfast Tea. I bought the groupon voucher to try out the brunch selection in TableTalk. The set came with a cup of English Breakfast tea. I added a packet of white sugar into it, and it was not overly sweet, just nice. The tea was quite fragrant and thick since I left the tea bag in it for quite long. It has some slight bitterness in it but it was all right for me.

Lime Pavlova. I like pavlova from the first moment I tried it. When I see Table Talk picture of the pavlova was extremely different from what I had before, I ordered it. The presentation does look very weird with all the ingredients separated: strawberry pieces, lime syrup and strawberry syrup, crisp crust and meringue. I had to mix everything up to get the taste. It was indeed very sour including the strawberry. The crust was crispy. Overall, I don’t quite like it.

Rosti Potatoes with sausage. I am a fan of rosti and when I see Table Talk offers it, I ordered. The rosti came with sausage flooded in brown gravy. The rosti was pan-fried to golden brown, but it was not as crispy as I would have imagined. I was expecting crispy potatoes on the outside, and soft potatoes on the inside, but this was not the case. I tasted some flour-like texture in the rosti which I do not like. The brown gravy was salty but the sausage was good.

Ultimate Breakkie. This dish has sunny-side up, ham, sausage, rosti, wholemeal bread, vegetables and beans. The ham was thin and salty. The sausage has some seasonings in it and it was very flavourful. It does look weird when spinach was served in breakfast, slightly bland. The bean was big pieces and sweet. The sunny side up was nicely done, moist egg white and flowy egg yolk.

For someone who likes a full carbohydrate breakfast, the rosti potatoes with sausages may look like a great choice. I love the pan fried grated potato patties, it was not oily but there were very tasty. The potato patties were not dry either. The sauteed sausages was also delicious. The juicy chicken sausages were tasty with the portion of gravy sauce. The flavorful sauce was a good compliment to the rosti potato and sausages.

I am always skeptical about turkey ham, i feel that turkey ham may have a distinctive flavors that i might not be able to accept. The sandwich is not using the normal bread, instead croissant was used. I love the croissant as the sandwich. The croissant was warm and buttery, the croissant was fluffy and tasty. With the moist scramble egg, the croissant sandwich serves a pretty good breakfast.

For a good, satisfying breakfast, you can opt for Table Talk in Taman Tun. The ultimate breakkie is sure to make your morning empty stomach filled up and make you a good day to start ahead. Included in the ultimate brekkie are two farmed eggs. I picked scrambled eggs. There was also a turkey ham, sausages, baked beans, rosti potatoes and sauteed greens served with wholemeal toasts. The ultimate breakkie was delicious, appropriately seasoned.

Not everything here's a bona fide smash; the salmon tortilla cones (RM22+) are bountiful with smoked fish, dill, cucumber & creme fraiche, becoming a nice bargain for the price, but this somehow comes across as blandly doughy.

Save space for a sweet finish: we'd recommend the crunchy, saffron-infused meringue (RM18+).
