They were are fabulously fresh and sweet. But lastly let’s not forget some deep fried wantan. It was crispy and delicious to go with normal chili sauce or even the tomato ketchup.

Then moving to the ingredients, there were just too much to select. From the usual fu chuk, prawn, fish cake, fish ball, and assorted seafood balls,to tofu, and assorted yong tau foo. Also, mushrooms and seaweeds as well as abalone slices.

Also, there is fresh fish paste and fresh oysters. And the auntie in the shop kind of strongly recommended the fish slice, so I took some.

When the bee hoon soup noodle came, I couldn’t wait to taste the soup. Looks clear and smells good. On the first sip of the soup, I instantly fell in love with it. The soup is sweet from all the ingredients when cooked in the boiling broth. Eventually, the soup need not have too much seasoning.

The noodle I ordered was Kuay Teow. The kuay teow was springy and smooth. It was not cooked until too soft, as it was served in soup based. Some fresh vegetables are added inside this dish too. The fish ball was really very bouncy, if not mistaken I bet that was a combination of prawns, squids and fish as it was so so so chewy. No wonder they are popular with this dish.
