I normally prefer my noodles in "kon lou" or "dry" (sauced) format, but I make an exception at this place... though mostly by force (since they don't even serve dry version of their noodles); and for good reason. Their beef soup is the core of their offerings, their specialty. It's very rich in beefy flavours. They offer many varieties of the standard offerings (innards and meat of various types), but I typically opt for tenderloin and brisket - the lean stuff. Make no mistake, lean does not mean dry or tough; in fact it is the contrary - super tender and soft. Perhaps my favourite beef soup, and at a modest price.
