This is nasi lemak with curry chicken. The dish came with the basic condiments such as hard boiled egg, cucumber, ikan billis, peanuts, sambal and of course the curry chicken. The rice is fluffy, and with fragrance of coconut milk. For me, i prefer to have the sambal to be spicier, but this version is still acceptable. Curry chicken came quite a big portion too. There are two pieces of chicken and two pieces of potatoes with the generous amount of curry. The curry is not too heavy, hence, i think less coconut milk is used to cook it.
Nasi Lemak with fried chicken. I like the fact that they served me a whole chicken leg. For fried chicken, it is essential to keep the chicken juicy and not too oily. Brilliant nasi lemak house did a good job in frying their chicken. The chicken also tasted flavorful. The condiments are ikan billis, peanuts, cucumber, hard boiled egg, sambal and curry sauce. I also like they serve crunchy ikan billis and peanuts.Post
