来到一个茶餐室,茶餐室简陋,不过食物要试试看才知道味道如何!!order了一个bak kut teh,里面有蘑菇,豆腐,半肥瘦猪肉等。还有清炒莲藕。bak kut teh味道不错,药材味道浓。骨的味道都出来了,因该熬了蛮久。炒莲藕加了许多的配菜 ,所以很香甜!!不错不错!地方简陋不代表食物不好吃

以前时常都被黄鳝焖猪肉,可是我却没吃过真正的黄鳝,所以来到叶仁茶餐室看到这道宫保黄鳝便点来试下,虽然这道菜的名字叫宫保黄鳝但却不像黄鳝的煮法,因为都没看到有辣椒干,味道也不辣,还好吧了,但黄鳝的鱼肉非常滑嫩,肉质鲜甜,蛮好吃的应该只是煮法没什么对罢了

对于生鱼我给人比较喜爱清蒸的,因为清蒸最能吃到与本身的鲜甜,对于叶仁茶餐室的药材蒸生鱼我也蛮喜爱的,当与上桌时顾客可以选择要不要加鸡精,我个人就没加因为怕鸡精强过了鱼的味道,这里的生鱼非常的新鲜,鱼肉滑嫩无比,就是比较多骨了点

As we're used to having vegetables during meals, we ordered a big plate of mushrooms. Although not green, they're close enough. The mushrooms are lightly cooked with onions, sweat peas and carrot shreds. Was happy they didn't over cook the mushrooms as they're still juicy and not dried up. Cooked with a hint of sauce, it added a slight salty flavour to it without overwhelming the natural flavour of the mushrooms.

What is the best part of this dish? The bone has already been removed from the fish and the fish has been sliced into small pieces, perfect for a mouthful. You've probably heard of the healing properties of 'sang yue' or haruan fish but we're just here for the tasty dish! Each slice is bathed in fragrant soy sauce and chilli, bringing out the sweetness of the flesh.

So it's said that this place is known for it's frog dishes. Tried a plate of their Kung Pao Frog which sure was flavourful! Well, it being kung pao, one would expect it to be full of taste anyway. Cooked in a dark sauce, this dish contains lots of capsicums, onions, dried chilli, hazelnuts and frog chunks. You should try this salty and spicy dish. I'm not a fan of frog meat but cut up and cooked this way, I managed to convince myself that it's okay.
